Meeting Notices
The MAITE holds monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of each month. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday March. 5, 2008. Meeting will be held at the Massachusetts Highway Department 7th Floor Traffic Operations Conference room in Boston from 12 noon to approximatley 1:00 PM.

Meetings are held at 10 Park Plaza on the 7th Floor Traffic Operations Conference Room (Red Sox Room). The MassHighway offices are located near the Boston Common and several T stops. Refer to the map below.
The typical monthly meeting agenda includes:
* Planning for the annual Student research symposium (a joint event between the Chapter and an institution of higher learning)
* Planning for the annual meeting (a joint event between the Chapter and the NE section)
* Planning for joint meetings with other organizations. For example, BSCES and/or and ITS Massachusetts
* Planning for the mid-year Chapter meeting
* Chapter business (officers, financial etc.)
We also use this meeting for networking and getting to know each other. The
meeting includes people from public and private sectors.
