![]()
| Freight trips are generally considered to have a higher value of time than passenger trips, yet the impact of transportation policy decisions on truck travel receives less attention than its passenger counterpart. One such policy of recent interest is congestion pricing. This paper reviews literature related to pricing impacts on freight and suggests applicable performance measures to be quantified using traditional model outputs. These methods are shown using a four-step model built for Mexico City. |
